It is well made featuring buckles that tightly secure the sandbag and metal chain, as well as strong stitching to ensure is lasts, use after use. This set also includes a sandbag, but please note the sandbag comes empty. You may fill bag up with beans, sand, sawdust or rags. This set will set you up with everything you need to start practicing your punches, kicks, knees and elbows for boxing, MMA, and/or Muay Thai.
